Who is responsible for your data
This platform is operated by Evelyn Mepham, an individual based in the United Kingdom (contact: evesdeligh@gmail.com), who is responsible for the personal information collected through it. It is not a registered charity or company.
What we collect
When you contribute: your full name, email address, country, and optionally your phone number and a message, plus the amount, chosen project, date and payment status. When you use the contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
Card payments
Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe, which processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe may email you a payment receipt.
How we use it
To process your contribution, keep accurate records, answer your questions, handle refund requests, and contact you if your chosen project changes. We send project updates only if you ticked the optional updates box; you can ask to stop at any time.
Who can see it
Supporter names and details are never shown publicly. Only the site administrator can view them. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent to updates, using the contact form. We keep payment records only as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
